Pastor Ernest Usher is a native of Conyers, GA.
He became Pastor of New Beginnings Fellowship in 2016. He previously served as NBF’s associate pastor of Missional Communities and Small Groups.
Pastor Usher’s greatest accomplishment in life is his marriage to his wife, LaVon, and the parenting of his two adult daughters, Naza and Nekay. He is a passionate preacher and a loving pastor. His heart’s desires for New Beginnings Fellowship is to be a Family on Mission through building relationships and making disciples.

Children Church Leader
I'm Naza Usher and I GLADLY run the children's church and nursery at New Beginnings Alliance Church.
As a child, my favorite place was Sunday School and my teacher was Mr. Ken Boyer. God bless his soul, he lead me to Christ at the young age of 5 years old.
My motto is Ephesians 2:10, "For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus. Kids and babies are a special part of God's masterpiece and created in His unique image. I love shaping young minds for Jesus and hope to see your child in Children's Church!!

Gwendolyn Perkins
The Village (Youth Leader)
By day, Gwen is a consultant in the financial services industry. But the rest of her time is spent with The Village, NBF’s missional community for teens and young adults. Gwen started out teaching discipleship classes and leading small groups for adults. But several years ago God called Gwen to focus on and invest in the young people around her. And now her greatest passion and love is being a part of God’s plan for the youth of NBF. Besides her family (she is a very proud Aunt of the best niece and nephew on the planet), Gwen’s other great love is travel. Her goal is to visit every state in the U.S. and every continent in the world. So far she has been to 6 of the 7 continents, 41 countries and 44 of the 50 states.
